Metal-seated ball valves are a type of valve that utilizes metal sealing rings to achieve hard-sealing between the valve seats. They are specifically designed for harsh conditions, including high temperature, high pressure, corrosive environments, or media containing solid particles.

Sealing Methods:  

- Unidirectional sealing: Seals only in the specified direction (marked on the valve).  
- Bidirectional sealing: Seals effectively in both directions.

Characteristics

Working Principle

     - Auxiliary sealing: The spring force expands auxiliary seals, achieving a leak-proof connection between
        the valve body and seat.  
     - Sealant injection system: For low-pressure conditions, a sealant injection system can be integrated
        between the seat and ball.
